So many extremely excited, happy, and relieved faces gathered together at Serda’s Coffee Co. in Daphne, AL for the Special Senate Election Watch Party following the Election closing on Tuesday, December 12, 2017. A victory for not only Democrats but Alabama as well followed as the votes were finally tallied and the Democratic candidate, Doug Jones, won the election by just over a 1% lead!

Ivey involved when she sent a letter to the APLS with several policy proposals dealing with “inappropriate” content in the library.
